These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Get Bookking websites, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.
Get Bookking provides online scheduling, booking management, point-of-sale, payment, and client communication tools for salons, studios, shops, and small businesses. Features may include appointment scheduling, booking requests, payment processing facilitated by Stripe, Inc., Stripe Connect accounts, Tap to Pay on iPhone, and an optional client SMS messaging program as described below.
Optional custom-domain features may allow eligible subscribers to purchase or transfer a domain name so their booking site can be reached at a custom hostname, in addition to their free Get Bookking subdomain.
Get Bookking provides software and payment-enablement tools; it is not the provider, seller, or merchant of record for a subscriber's services or products. Each subscriber is solely responsible for its offerings, pricing, taxes, fulfillment, cancellations, refunds, customer service, and compliance with laws applicable to its business.
Businesses that subscribe to an eligible plan may enable a business-specific SMS sending number to communicate directly with their own customers. Twilio, Inc. provides SMS infrastructure for the program. The following disclosures apply to that program:
Program Name: Get Bookking Client Texting
Program Description: Participating businesses use a business-specific sending number to send and receive text messages with customers who have affirmatively opted in. Messages are limited to appointment confirmations, scheduling reminders, booking follow-up, payment or pickup updates, and customer care communications directly related to an active service request, booking, or purchase. The program may not be used for mass marketing, unsolicited promotional campaigns, or bulk messaging.
Who Sends Messages: Messages are sent by the individual business (the "subscriber"), not by Get Bookking. Get Bookking and Twilio provide technical infrastructure; the business is the identified sender and is responsible for all message content.
Customer Consent (Opt-In): End customers provide express written consent by submitting their mobile phone number on a business's public booking page and affirmatively agreeing to receive appointment-related text messages, or by confirming consent in response to an inbound opt-in prompt. Consent is specific to the business whose booking page or phone number the customer used. Get Bookking records the time and source of consent, and businesses may not message customers without a recorded opt-in.
Message Frequency: Varies. Message frequency is typically low and directly tied to booking activity and customer-initiated conversations. No recurring automated marketing messages are sent.
Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Usage Limits: Each business account is allocated up to 1,000 client SMS messages per calendar month, including sent and received messages, unless otherwise specified in your plan or a separate written agreement. Additional messaging capacity may require a plan upgrade.
Opt-Out: End customers may opt out of receiving messages from a business at any time by replying STOP to any message. Upon receipt of a STOP reply, no further messages will be sent to that number, except for a single opt-out confirmation message as permitted under applicable law and carrier guidelines. Opt-out requests are processed promptly and logged.

Business Responsibilities: Businesses are solely responsible for the content of all messages sent through their account and for compliance with all applicable messaging, consumer-protection, privacy, telecommunications, carrier, and platform requirements. Get Bookking reserves the right to suspend or terminate messaging access for any account that violates these Terms or applicable messaging policies.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that violates these Terms. Prohibited uses include, without limitation:
Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Subscription plans, pricing, billing cycles, free trial terms, and cancellation procedures are described at the time of signup and within your account settings. Subscription payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
Client texting numbers: Eligible plans include a limited number of business texting numbers. Solo includes one (1) texting number. If you release that number and later obtain another, Get Bookking may charge a replacement fee of $12 (USD), billed separately to your payment method on file; that fee is not added as a recurring subscription line item. Studio and Shop include two (2) texting numbers. Additional concurrent texting numbers on Studio or Shop may be billed as a recurring Extra SMS line at $12 (USD) per month per extra number, up to your plan’s seat limit, as shown in the app and billing settings. Removing a paid extra number may reduce that recurring quantity on your next billing cycle according to the product rules then in effect. Twilio number costs and carrier messaging rates are separate from Get Bookking fees.
Fees for domain registration, transfer, or related domain services are separate from subscription fees, are charged when you initiate those actions, and are described in the app at checkout. Domain fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or the applicable registrar's policies.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the Services after a pricing change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Get Bookking may offer optional tools to purchase a new domain or transfer an existing domain so your public booking site can use a custom hostname. Your free Get Bookking subdomain remains available whether or not a custom domain is connected.
Domain registration and transfer are fulfilled through a third-party domain registrar (currently Namecheap, Inc., or its affiliates). By using custom-domain features, you authorize us to submit registration, transfer, contact, DNS, auto-renew, and related requests to the registrar on your behalf, and you agree to comply with the registrar's applicable terms, ICANN policies, and any registry rules for the chosen top-level domain.
You (or your business) own the domain name subject to the registrar's and registry's terms. While the domain is connected to Get Bookking, we manage DNS and related technical settings needed to serve your booking site. Domains that remain at another provider are not supported via DIY DNS for this product; to use a custom domain with Get Bookking you must buy or transfer it through our tools (or as we otherwise enable).
You are responsible for: (a) having the legal right to register or transfer the domain; (b) providing accurate registrant and contact information; (c) unlocking the domain and obtaining a valid authorization/EPP code for transfers into Get Bookking; (d) approving transfer emails from your prior registrar; and (e) ensuring the domain name does not infringe others' rights. Transfer timing depends on registrars and registries and may take several days.
Domain purchase or transfer typically includes one (1) year of registration. You may enable or disable auto-renew where available. If auto-renew is off or renewal fails, the domain may expire and become unavailable. Renewal charges, if billed through Get Bookking, will be disclosed at the time of renewal; otherwise renewals may be handled according to the registrar's processes.
You may prepare a transfer out of Get Bookking (including unlock and requesting an authorization code, which the registrar typically emails to the domain admin contact). After the domain leaves our management, you should disconnect it in the app so we stop serving it. We are not liable for delays, failed approvals, downtime, or loss of email/website availability during transfers.
We may refuse, suspend, or disconnect a custom domain for unpaid fees, abuse, legal risk, inaccurate information, or violation of these Terms. Domain-related support: domainsupport@getbookking.com.
Payment features may be provided through Stripe, including Stripe Connect and Stripe Terminal. To use those features, you may be required to create or connect a Stripe account and agree to Stripe's applicable agreements. You authorize us to share information with Stripe as necessary to provide payment features, and you agree to provide complete, accurate, and current business, identity, tax, bank-account, and transaction information.
Subscribers are responsible for all payment activity connected to their business, including payment authorization, customer receipts, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, reversals, negative balances, payout holds, and applicable taxes. Stripe, card networks, financial institutions, or applicable law may delay, reject, reverse, or withhold transactions or payouts. Get Bookking does not guarantee that payments will be authorized, completed, settled, or available for payout by a particular time.
Customer-facing payment totals may include disclosed card-processing and platform service fees. Subscribers are responsible for determining whether charging, passing through, or describing any fee is permitted for their business under applicable law, card-network rules, and Stripe requirements. Fees and taxes must be disclosed to customers before payment is submitted.
Tap to Pay on iPhone is a payment feature made available through Stripe Terminal and Apple technologies. Availability depends on compatible hardware, software, region, Apple Account status, network access, Stripe account status, and other third-party requirements, and may change or be unavailable at any time. Only authorized business users may enable or use this feature.
You must comply with the applicable Stripe, Apple, card-network, and legal requirements when using Tap to Pay on iPhone. You are responsible for obtaining any required customer authorizations and for ensuring that your business information, payment descriptions, receipts, refunds, and customer communications are accurate and lawful.
If you access the Services through an iOS application, these Terms are between you and Software by King LLC, not Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Apple is not responsible for the application, its content, maintenance, support, or any claims relating to it, including claims concerning product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, consumer protection, or intellectual-property infringement. You must comply with Apple's applicable usage rules.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms with respect to your use of the iOS application and may enforce the applicable provisions against you.
The Services and all content, features, and functionality thereof — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and user interface designs — are owned by Software by King LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the Services beyond the limited license to use them as described herein.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SOFTWARE BY KING AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Software by King LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services; your products, services, payments, messages, or customer interactions; your violation of these Terms; or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. For material changes, we may also provide notice through the Services or via email. Your continued use of the Services after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Florida, except where applicable law gives you non-waivable rights to bring a claim elsewhere.
