Do I need to know how to code or design? +

Not at all. Get Bookking handles everything — design, hosting, and setup. You just fill in your info and your site is ready to go.

Can I use my own domain name? +

Every plan includes a free yourname.getbookking.com subdomain. You can connect a domain you already own or purchase one from account settings — available on any plan.

What happens after the free month? +

You'll be prompted to choose a plan before your trial ends. If you don't upgrade, your site is paused — your data is never deleted.

Can I switch plans later? +

Yes, upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

How does booking work for my clients? +

Clients visit your site, choose a service, and book based on how you've set things up. Depending on your booking style — instant book, request and approve, deposit to confirm, or consultation first — they'll either be confirmed right away or you'll review and approve.

Who pays card processing fees? +

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your clients pay your quoted price plus a 1% platform fee and Stripe's standard processing fee (2.9% + 30¢). You receive your full quoted amount — no deductions on your end.

Can I add my own photos and branding? +

In the app, open Design to see your live site and edit it visually — upload photos, change colors, update text, and pick a template.
