Account and Business Data: When you register for an account, we collect your name, email address, business name, login credentials, and account settings. Billing information is collected and processed directly by Stripe, Inc.; we do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
Booking and Customer Data: Information submitted through booking forms, including customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, service details, appointment notes, and any other fields enabled by the business. This data is provided by customers of the businesses using our platform.
SMS and Messaging Data: When a business enables the client texting feature, we collect and process the following in connection with that program:

How Consent Is Obtained: End customers provide express written consent to receive SMS messages by entering their mobile phone number on a business's public booking form and affirmatively agreeing to receive appointment and booking-related text messages from that business. Consent is specific to the individual business whose booking page the customer used and is recorded at the time of submission.
Purpose of Messages: Messages sent through the Get Bookking platform are limited to appointment confirmations, scheduling reminders, booking follow-up, and customer care communications directly related to an active booking or service request. The platform is not used for mass marketing, unsolicited promotional content, or bulk messaging campaigns.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies and is typically low, tied directly to booking activity and customer-initiated conversations.
Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply.
Opt-Out: End customers may opt out of receiving messages from a business at any time by replying STOP. Opt-out requests are honored immediately, and no further messages will be sent to that number, except for a single opt-out confirmation as permitted by applicable law and carrier rules. Opt-out records are logged and retained.

Service Providers: We share information with third-party service providers that assist us in operating the Services, including:
These providers are authorized to use information only as necessary to perform services on our behalf and are prohibited from using it for their own independent purposes.
Business Users: Businesses using Get Bookking may communicate via SMS with their own customers who have explicitly opted in through that business's booking form. Businesses may not use the platform to contact individuals who have not consented or for unsolicited promotional messaging.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Software by King, our users, or the public.
Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide reasonable notice where required by applicable law.
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, fulfill the purposes described in this policy, meet our legal and contractual obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. SMS consent records and opt-out logs are retained for the period required by applicable carrier rules and regulations.
When information is no longer required, we delete or de-identify it in accordance with our internal data retention procedures.

Payment card details are processed and stored by Stripe in accordance with Stripe's security standards. Get Bookking does not store full payment card numbers on its own servers.

Account holders can delete their account in the Bookking app under Settings → Account, or on the web account page at getbookking.com. Business owners with team members can transfer ownership before deleting their personal account. End customers who receive SMS messages may opt out at any time by replying STOP, and may contact the relevant business or us directly for further assistance.
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate and improve the Services, analyze usage patterns, and support security measures. You may configure your browser to refuse cookies, though doing so may affect the functionality of certain features.
The Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
